I have a call centre group interview for virgin media today and was wondering if anyone could help me increase my knowledge about what virgin media is and what they do etc. Basic stuff and any offers and good deals i should know about. I had been using the computer that morning and had not done much mainly just checking emails and there was no problems with the computer. so i opened up safe mode to and had a look at my recent programs installed and was told that i had installed trusteer rapport today (apparently some banking security thing) which i hadnt even downloaded!!! know my computer is refusing to work unless im in safe mode and and rapport wont let me uninstall it saying " the windows installer service could not be accessed. This could be because the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance" yet i tested the installer on another program and it uninstalled with no problems. Please help!!

No idea whats happened here, woke up this morning, tried watching something on Youtube. The page itself opened, but the videos was just a black screen. No videos controllers, not buffering thing, nothing. Absolutely no idea why, my macbook's been playing Youtube videos fine until now. Plus I haven't changed or installed anything new at all, this has just suddenly happened to me out of the blue and i have no idea why, about to pull my hair out over this!! Also I have installed the latest version of flash and i've already tried changing the Safari browser to 32-bit, neither of them have worked. Aside from the videos, everything on the laptop's running perfectly. Even on embedded videos on Facebook they still wont work. Internet's perfect as well, no problems with it. How can I get Windows 7 to give me permission for EVERYTHING?

are they that much better than the previous processors?I'm running CS5 on a brand new computer. Windows 7 64 bit. Whenever I try to save a file, say an 18x24 inch 300dpi image as a jpeg, if I take that same image and open it in a program like Photofiltre, it reads the image size as 13x13 inches at 762dpi. Why would is it doing that? When I'm trying to save the original .psd file as a jpeg generally it takes FOREVER to save and most times I have to run the task manager and cancel photoshop altogether. I assumed the reason it was taking so long is because even though in Photoshop it says I'm saving the image at 18x24 at 300dpi, it's actually rendering the image at a much larger size. Any ideas?
